This class has been cancelled due to the minimum number of participants not being met. It is being offered one last time at Eagle Bluff on Saturday, January 12th from 9am-12:30pm.
The art of bead making is one that has been around for thousands of years. From bones to clay to glass, all kinds of beads have been created and enjoyed through the ages. Experience these traditions firsthand by learning how to create your very own glass beads. Instructor and artist, Laremy Ellsworth, will demonstrate how to make a glass bead. Class will cover bead designs, colors, tools, and safety, including how to properly heat up glass. By the end of class, you will have 1-2 glass beads that you created!
Note: This class may take longer than the noted time, as beads need time to cool. You will need to bring a pair of non-polarized sunglasses for eye protection.
