Ayurveda is called “The Science of Life”. This one day introductory class will teach you the concept of the doshas of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. We will review the qualities they represent as well as the logic behind the elemental of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. You will identify your own unique constitution and how to balance your body through daily self-care techniques as diet, lifestyle, simple yoga movements and meditation. Ayurveda enables you to understand how to create this balance of body, mind and consciousness as one.
