A prerequisite for this class is Ayurveda Daily Self-Care Part 1 (If you took Ayurveda Daily Self-Care in 2016 it will qualify you for Part 2)
In this workshop we will expand and learn the importance of self-care routines. “Dinacharga” is the word we use in Ayurveda for a collection of self-care routines one practices daily/weekly to return to and maintain proper balance in the mind and body. We will create a routine for your balance that will include: tongue scraping, abhyanga self-massage with herbal oils, nasya, oil pulling, aromatherapy, and creating herbal teas with appropriate spices, rituals, meditation and diet-exercise.
